THE PASSION8 PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

This agreement/these terms and conditions are between Ruth Ramsay of RuthRamsay.com (Course Creator and Coach) and purchasers of The Passion8 Programme online course (Client).

Payment of the course fee, in full or part, constitutes full acceptance of this agreement, so please read carefully. Email ruthramsay@ruthramsay.com with any questions about this agreement.

Description of The Passion8 Programme with Ruth Ramsay.

The Passion8 Programme is an online educational course, comprising eight pre-recorded video presentations of 60-90 minutes and accompanying pdf downloadable workbooks. The presentations/workbooks include 'guided self-coaching' whereby Client has time to apply lessons being taught, to themselves, by filling in the workbooks. Optional further resources comprise 100-plus hours of resources. Client has access to the course materials for six months from date of purchase.

The course is administered and accessed via the ruthramsay.com website with videos hosted on Vimeo, workbooks on GoogleDrive and information by email.

The course is aimed at educating and inspiring the Client to maximize their personal potential in their sexual lives.

Responsibilities.

Client is responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and entirely responsible for all decisions, choices, actions and results they may take during or following participation in the course. Client understands coaching exercises are not therapy or medical advice and do not substitute for therapy if needed, and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client understands that Passion8 is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach recommends the Client inform the mental health care provider and gain their consent as to the suitability of this course.

Client agrees that Ruth Ramsay and all members of her team are not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result, of any services provided by them and The Passion8 Programme.

Client agrees to as far as is possible create the time and energy to engage fully with the programme they have purchased.

Services.

The parties agree to engage in an online course conducted via pre-recorded presentations delivered through Vimeo and pdf workbooks through GoogleDrive, via the RuthRamsay.com website, with communication by email.

It is the Client's responsibility to add ruthramsay@ruthramsay.com to their email safe senders list (or equivalent) and to check their spam folder regularly for relevant emails. The sending of emails related to the course from Coach's mailing system (MailerLite) comprises the extent of Coach's responsibility for email delivery to the Client.

Schedule & Fees.

This agreement and fee details are valid as of November 2024. The fee for purchase of The Passion8 Programme is £189 GBP or currency equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate on PayPal checkout at moment of purchase for a solo place, and £239 or equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate on PayPal at moment of purchase for a couples place (two people sharing the course). This contract is for the entirety of payment and becomes a legal entity upon payment.

Payment via PayPal checkout, or bank transfer by request.

Any pre-course bonus(es) offered immediately as part of the package will be linked for immediate access from the 'thank you for registering' web page. Full course access will be created as soon as Coach or her team process the registration in the Passion8 system - with the aim to do so within 24 hours, and obligation according to these terms to do so within 72 hours.

Procedure.

All eight modules of the course are accessible by Client via password-protected Passion8 page on ruthramsay.com.

Optionally, Client can register for email support to guide them through the course on a one-module-per-week basis. Coach makes no guarantee and takes no responsibility for Client's adherence or otherwise to the recommendations in this email support.

Confidentiality.

All Passion8 Programme course materials are shared with the Client for the sole use of the Client in their Passion8 Programme journey. All materials are copyright Ruth Ramsay. The Client agrees not to share, copy or distribute any materials or content including video, in any way or form including on social media.

Any information or feedback Client chooses to share with Coach about their Passion8 journey may be shared with Client identification with immediate members of the Ruth Ramsay team only if absolutely necessary for the performance of their working roles and whom themselves are bound by law to maintain as confidential.

Information or feedback shared by Client about their experience of the Programme may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further professional development and/or for consultation purposes.

Information or feedback shared by Client about their experience of the Programme may be edited for clarity and anonymity and shared for the purposes of marketing and promotion of The Passion8 Programme on social media including LinkedIn, in email newsletters, in online workshops, at in-person at events, and in advertisements

Termination.

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this agreement within 14 days of this agreement becoming active by payment being made. If the course has been accessed, refund will be pro rata. Beyond 14 days if the Client wishes to Terminate the agreement no refunds are given. There are no exceptions to this clause. The Client’s statutory rights under English consumer law are not affected.

Satisfaction Guarantee.

If, after completion of the Programme, the Client feels participation has not resulted in any significant learnings about or improvement in their sexual life, then upon proof they have engaged with the course, course fee will be refunded (minus a ten per cent administration fee). To be eligible for a refund the Client must have watched all eight presentations (as indicated by Vimeo user reports) and comprehensively completed all eight workbooks (demonstrated by photographic proof). Refunds must be requested within one week of the course completion date and requested proof emailed within one week of Coach's reply. Refunds will be processed within one month of proof of course participation being received.

Limited Liability.

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

Payment of the course fee, in full or part, constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
